ABOUT ME · KRISTINA NIELSEN

I'm Kristina.
Order and structure are my strengths.

From running my own businesses, I know what a lack of order causes: duplicated work, unclear ownership, unnecessary costs and overlooked customer enquiries. The team works harder, yet many decisions still end up back with the owner.

I've built businesses, coordinated teams and been responsible for customers, sales and day-to-day operations. One lesson stands out: growth isn't just about working harder. It's also about putting the right structure in place.

FIRST-HAND BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

My experience comes from running businesses, not just advising them.

01 / Agency

Growth needs organised collaboration.

I built an agency that reached more than €1 million in annual revenue and coordinated up to 50 freelancers at a time. Tasks, deadlines, client expectations and responsibilities all had to fit together.

That level of collaboration only works sustainably when processes, handovers and ownership are clear – especially when many people contribute to the same projects.

02 / Furniture business

Structure has to work in real operations.

I also run a furniture business with five employees, serving both B2C and B2B customers. Procurement, logistics, stock, client support, quotations and sales all need to work together.

Every day, I see why dependable processes matter – from the first customer enquiry and internal coordination to delivery and after-sales service.

WHY The Structure Standard

For me, organisation isn't the goal. It's the foundation for growth.

I often see the same problems in other businesses: enquiries get missed, work is duplicated, team members don't know who decides – and founders keep stepping in to fill the gaps.

That doesn't just create stress. It can cost customers, revenue opportunities and profit potential. It also takes time away from strategy, business development and life outside work.

“You should have time to work on your business – not spend every day filling the gaps within it.”

My greatest strength is recognising those patterns, turning scattered problems into clear steps and building a realistic roadmap for improvement.

It often doesn't require another complicated system. An understandable workflow, clear responsibilities and consistent follow-up can already make a meaningful difference.

HOW I WORK

Get clarity first. Then make focused improvements.

My goal isn't a theoretical consulting presentation. It's a practical plan that you and your team can actually use.

01 / Identify

What's slipping through?

We examine customer enquiries, workflows, handoffs and recurring bottlenecks.

02 / Structure

What needs to become clearer?

We define priorities, responsibilities and the next practical process improvements.

03 / Create space

What becomes possible?

More reliable customer journeys, a more independent team and more time for growth and personal life.

The impact on revenue, profit and time savings also depends on your implementation. The Structure Standard provides the agreed analyses and consulting deliverables; you and your team remain responsible for implementing changes.
