A typical monthly scope

Indicative monthly range: €500–750. Scope and fees are agreed individually. Your company retains operational responsibility.
Who structure consulting is for
Self-employed professionals, founders and owners of small and medium-sized businesses already serving customers and generating revenue. Particularly e-commerce businesses, agencies and digital or hybrid service providers, from solo operators to growing organisations.

The Structure Standard provides agreed analyses, prioritised recommendations, process concepts and consulting reviews. These give you a practical basis for clearer workflows and ownership.
You decide which recommendations to follow. Implementation, testing, operational changes and ongoing management remain with your company or chosen providers, including any required legal or specialist checks.
No specific revenue, profit or other financial outcome is guaranteed. The service provider identified in the Imprint is responsible for the agreed consulting services. Mandatory statutory liability is not excluded; scope, responsibility and liability are defined in the consulting agreement.
Clear boundaries – including ours
Our existing consulting packages focus on your operational structure. Marketing execution, website development, technical implementation, daily administration and sales execution are not included in these consulting packages. Agreed implementation for a new business is available separately through our Business Setup Package. The Audit may reveal where you need additional specialists.
All quoted amounts are indicative prices. Fees, taxes and scope are agreed before work begins.
