Our role and your responsibilities

The consulting services are provided by Nielsenbraeuer Consulting Limited under the brand The Structure Standard. In our consulting packages, we provide analyses, recommendations, process concepts and consulting reviews.

You decide which recommendations to follow. Implementation, checks and ongoing operations are the responsibility of your company or providers you engage. This includes any required legal and specialist verification.

No specific revenue, profit or other financial result is guaranteed. Nielsenbraeuer Consulting Limited is responsible for the agreed consulting services. Mandatory statutory liability is not excluded. Scope, responsibilities and liability provisions are set out in the consulting agreement.

Separate setup service

For the Business Setup Package, the provider performs the explicitly agreed setup work. The scope, handover and responsibilities are defined in the proposal before work begins. Business decisions, approvals and ongoing operations remain with the client.
